"I booked the appointment on the same day and got an evening appointment which is in itself great customer service. I’ve never had micro suction ear treatment before but I’m sure I will again in the future. I felt completely at ease with Dan, we had a brief chat about my hearing and ear health and then began the treatment. It was completely painless and incredibly quick and the results are amazing, it is a far more efficient method than drops and syringe and I would recommend it to anyone with excess wax. Dan is a lovely chap and I won’t hesitate to return when needed in the future."
