Within minutes the gentle suction treatment was done (far superior to NHS water method in my opinion) and his hearing was completely restored. I was so pleased and my son was so relieved to be able to hear again. Dan was very professional, but put us at ease immediately and my son said the procedure was completely painless. Josie, who booked my appointment, was very understanding and gave me an appointment the next day. She was also very helpful giving me instructions how to get there. All in all I am a very happy Mum.
