"I found out about Microsuction through the NHS website. Up to that point, I had no idea that this treatment existed. I had been told by 2 doctors that I had wax blocking my ear canal, leaving them unable to see my ear drum. I have a phobia of putting anything in my ears and distorting my hearing, so this seemed the perfect option. Dan made me feel confident about what was going to happen and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or panicked. In fact, the feeling of the wax being removed was a nice sensation - quick and painless. It was a quick procedure but well worth the money. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. On visiting the clinic, it was welcoming and clean. Dan put me completely at ease. He explained the process and described the sounds and sensations involved. It was exactly as he described and, I must say, the tingly clean feeling was excellent. My hearing also 'sharpened' and improved immediately. Dan was also able to tell me that my ear drum and canal looked in good shape - something I had been worried about as the blockage had been there for several months if not years. I will definitely visit again."
